Hi, I’m Diego Lobo—a producer and filmmaker originally from a small town in southern Spain, now based in New York City. My journey started with a love for storytelling that took me from finance classes in Spain to film school in London, and eventually to working with creative teams across Europe and the U.S.

 

Over the years, I’ve directed and produced commercials, branded content, and short films, always focused on finding the emotional core of a story, whether it’s for a charity, a fashion brand, or a major global company. I’ve had the chance to work with brands like Saucony, IBM, and the Empire State Building, and spent time at Atlantic Pictures in NYC, where I helped develop pitches, support productions, and connect with new clients.

 

What drives me is the mix of creativity and strategy—figuring out how to bring ideas to life, while also managing timelines, teams, and budgets. I’m always looking to collaborate with people who are passionate about what they do and who believe in the power of good storytelling.

 

When I’m not on set or in the edit room, you’ll probably find me watching old movies, exploring New York’s creative scene, or planning the next big idea.
